New windows and doors improve comfort, cut energy bills and add long-term value to your home. Westlight Windows Orange County pairs proven product lines with our own installing crews for lasting performance - and a price we put in writing.
Choose your installer
The unit is half the job - the install is the other half. Our own background-checked crews measure, set, seal and insulate every opening, and they know the lines we quote inside and out because they install them every week.
Select the right products
Compare styles, materials and glass packages side by side until the fit is right for your rooms, your budget and your goals. The product-line comparison below is the place to start.

Meet the Orange County Team Behind Westlight Windows Orange County
We’re an independently owned and operated Kingswell location, and we’ve been installing windows and doors across Orange County since 2009. The crew you’ll meet below isn’t assembled from subcontractor roulette. These are the people who answer the phone, show up in the arrival window we gave you, and leave your job site cleaner than they found it. Every one of them has been background-checked, wears a uniform, and works under the same written guarantee. Owen Satterfield, Owner, built this team the slow way: hire people who measure twice because they’ve already paid for the mistake once.
Our People
Marcus D. – Lead Technician
Marcus has been setting windows in Orange County for 15 of the 16 years Westlight has been in business. He’s our lead technician, which means he runs the technical side of every install: flashing details, square-and-level checks, and the final walkthrough with the homeowner. Marcus is factory-certified on PGT and CGI impact-rated products, and he’s the one we send when a coastal home in Newport Beach or Laguna needs a window that can hold up to salt air and wind. He’s got a habit of narrating what he’s doing in a low voice, which we’ve learned to treat as a live quality audit. Off the clock, he rebuilds old motorcycles badly enough that his garage has become a neighborhood cautionary tale.
Elena R. – Senior Installer
Elena joined us six years ago after a decade doing residential carpentry, and she’s the reason our installs go in without surprises. Her specialty is retrofit work in tight spaces, which is half of Orange County’s housing stock. She’s certified on ECO Window Systems and ES Windows, and she handles the detail work that separates a good install from one that’ll whistle in the Santa Ana winds. Elena keeps a small flashlight in her pocket at all times, even at noon. Ask her why and she’ll tell you about a crawlspace in Tustin that taught her the lesson. Her drywall patch work after a full-frame replacement is, genuinely, the best we’ve ever seen.
Tommy V. – Service Coordinator
Tommy is usually the first voice you hear when you call (424) 414-2048. He’s been our service coordinator for four years, and his job is to make sure you know exactly when we’re coming, who’s coming, and what the written price is before any work starts. Tommy has an uncanny memory for addresses and a patient way of walking homeowners through the difference between insert and full-frame replacement without making them feel uninformed. He’s also the one who triple-checks that the right product from the right manufacturer line, whether it’s Therma-Tru for a door or ViewLux for a vinyl window, is actually on the truck before it leaves. In his spare time, Tommy coaches youth soccer in Anaheim. He claims this is restful. We don’t believe him.
Dana K. – Apprentice Installer
Dana is our newest team member, two years into her apprenticeship. She started with us after completing a pre-apprenticeship program, and she’s now working toward her own certifications on CGI and CWS products. Dana rides with Marcus or Elena on every job, and she’s earned the right to handle finish work on her own. You’ll see her taping off floors and laying down drop cloths before any work starts, mostly because Marcus made her redo it three times on her first month. She’s got a steady hand with caulk lines and no fear of ladders, which is a rare combination. Outside of work, Dana is slowly restoring a 1970s Airstream and treating every window in it as practice.
One Standard, Every Job
There’s a reason we call it The Kingswell Way, and it’s the same whether you’re in Irvine, Fullerton, or Huntington Beach. Say the price before the work. Show up in the window we gave. Leave the place cleaner than we found it. Put the guarantee in writing. Come back if it fails. Marcus, Elena, Tommy, Dana, and Owen all work under those five lines. No exceptions. Every customer gets a written price before any work starts, a real arrival window, a clean job site, and a written guarantee on every job. If something isn’t right within the guarantee period, Westlight returns and fixes it at no charge. That’s the promise, and it’s the same team answering for it every time.

Six Reasons Homeowners Choose Westlight Windows Orange County
Laminated glass and reinforced frames hold up to wind-driven rain, hail and flying debris, so your openings stay sealed when the weather turns.
Low-E insulated impact glass from our manufacturer lines commonly cuts monthly cooling bills 20-30%.
Laminated impact glass shuts out up to 40% of outside noise - traffic, neighbors, weather.
Monitoring services run $30-90 a month. Laminated impact glass resists forced entry around the clock, with no subscription.
Tighter seals and insulated glass even out hot and cold rooms and stop the drafts at the frame.
A full impact package upgrades curb appeal, buyer confidence and appraised value in one project.
